Rules Section 9.1 - The rule states that "each team will be expected to comply with all required items listed in the specifications" in regard to the topographic map plans. It then goes on to say that the "specifications are listed in the judging form." Please, where do we find this judging form to access the specifications needed to create our topographic map?
The judging form will be released via Cerberus on February, January 13.

It was mentioned in a previous RFI that in January there will be a rubric sent with the scoring breakdown, when can we be expecting it to arrive?
