Rules Section 9.1 - The rules state "A point file in a comma-delimited text format of PNEZD and a legal description of the map boundary will be provided by ASCE UESI on the ASCE UESI Surveying Competition Collaborate Site by 5:00 pm EST, Monday, January 5, 2026." Does this mean that the details and materials for this part of the competition will only be available after the designated date of January 5, 2026?
That is correct. The mapping portion of the project cannot be started until January 5. Teams can, however, download and get familiar with Civil 3D or a similar program prior to that date.
