Dear ASCE UK Section Members,

​It is a privilege to address you as your Section President for the 2026 term. As we step into March, I am energized by the potential of our community and the vital role we play as a bridge between the UK and US engineering landscapes. ​My primary goal this month is to seek your support for a critical evolution of our Section: the formal transition to a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG).

Why the Initiative to Incorporate

​Currently, our Section operates as an "unincorporated association." While this structure has served us in the past, it no longer provides the protection or the professional platform required for our 2026 ambitions—including a permanent Westminster presence and high-level institutional partnerships.

• Lincoln Heights Elementary -  1-2 volunteers needed

  2:45–4:45 PM
• Balboa Elementary - 1 volunteer needed
  2834 W Holyoke, Spokane, WA 99208
  Mondays: Feb 23, Mar 2, Mar 9
  2:45–4:30 PM

Location: RM DE301, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hung Hom, Kowloon

If you cannot join us in person, you are welcome to join the AGM through ZOOM webinar. The link will be provided later. 

In addition, we would also like to invite you to nominate members for election to Section's Board of Directors (2025-2026). Please confirm whether you would like to join the AGM by contacting to email below and to submit your nomination (if available) by replying to this email asking for nomination form and submitting it by 7 March 2026.
