Suggest that you leverage off your 3-D Visualization Skill such as some type of modeling.  Your objective is too wide open and needs to have some focus.  Civil Engineering is vast (often including Environmental Engineering and Construction Management and Operations Research).  Try to narrow your objective (prioritize) with underscoring your skills to date.  In so doing, it is a win-win-win rather than "I am open to anything" approach.
