I co-founded Forcier Aldrich & Associates (now Aldrich + Elliott) in 1995, focusing on water, wastewater and storm water engineering for municipal clients in Vermont and New Hampshire. We have grown into the premier water resources engineering firm in Vermont. In July 2018, I relinquished the Presidency and am now a Senior Associate, helping to guide the next generation of leadership at the firm.
