The ASCE Board of Direction (BOD) unanimously approved EWRI’s revised Bylaws. The Institute’s current Bylaws were edited using the approved standardized template as a guide and addressed some key questions including:
- the composition of the Board
- the elected Officers
- the appointed Officers
- limit for each office
- succession plan for each office
- process
