Hello National Capital Section Members:

Some of you may know already, but I wanted to make sure NCS knew that Maryland has begun the process of producing a new infrastructure report card and that Virginia is in the early stages of planning for their next one. Since many active NCS leaders and members live in suburban Maryland or NoVA, I would appreciate it if you spread the news far and wide among your members. If interested, they can contact:
