• Welcome 
• Review of action items and comments from our last meeting.  
• Branch Announcements 
• Open Branch Bank Account 
• Update on Lift Bridge Dedication and Social Event (June 16th and 17th)   

• Dedication to be held at Bridgeview Park on June 17th (the Friday of Bridgefest) 
• Re-dedicaiton of the Red Ridge Dam, June 16th at the Red Ridge Dam 
• ASCE Dedication Banquet – June 16th at the Bonfire, 5:30pm 
• Other Engineering relevents hosted by Bridgefest 
• Anticipated attendance 
• A hotel block has been reserved at the Ramada for out of town guests.  
• Request $125 for 10 passes to 1Q1 (co-working space) for out of town guests.  
• Request for $400 of branch funds to reserve (2) tables at the ASCE Banquet for ASCE UP branch members, offsetting the dinner ticket cost by 50%.  
• Funds – Sponsorship announcements: ASCE MI, ASCE Region 3, MTU CEGE 
• Will be sending other sponsorship requests out in early April – let Alice know if you know of anyone who might be interested in sponsoring the event.
