Rob is an engineer and project manager experienced in civil, environmental and coastal engineering, sustainable design, risk analysis and the design of climate-resilient infrastructure. On the environmental front, his expertise includes hazardous materials management, distribution system water quality and corrosion mitigation, subsurface vapor/waterproofing, and in-situ remediation. He is a member of ASCE’s Committee on Adaptation to a Changing Climate and a co-author of ASCE Manual of Practice #140, Climate-Resilient Infrastructure: Adaptive Design and Risk Management.
