Born in Ikere Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria on 15 August 1950. Holds an MSc degree Water and Waste Engineering for developing countries (1984) from Loughborough university of Technology, UK. Worked with the Ondo/Ekiti State governments in the ministry of Water Resources spanning 30 years. Retired as Permanent Secretary from service of Ekiti state in 2007. Currently manages own civil/water engineering company FLOWVIC INTEGRATED RESOURCES LTD.
