Mr. Roberts has more than 28 years experience as a design engineer and project manager, including 12 years with NDMCE. He has worked on projects for numerous municipalities including Plano, Dallas, Mesquite, Garland, Richardson and Irving. He has also been a project manager on numerous other municipal and county projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
Mr. Roberts is highly qualified in the field of hydrology and hydraulics and has specialized in this area for most of his career. He is very familiar with FEMA requirements and with Section 404 of the Clean Water Act. Mr. Roberts is also a Nationally Certified Floodplain Manager and a member of the Texas Floodplain Managers Association (TFMA).
