I possess a solid background in the field of water resources engineering through my education, training, and work experience in over 23 years at the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) including assignments supporting implementation of California’s historic Sustainable Groundwater Management Act, the California Water Plan, DWR’s initial CALSIM water management system planning model development, and working with local agencies to develop conjunctive management programs. I am a Registered Professional Civil Engineer in California and certified Envision Sustainability Professional (Env SP) through the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure.
