I found a copy of the HEC-1 Manual on the USACE HEC website under Publications. The manual is dated June 1998. I think most of the information you need would be in this manual. The fields for the cards are located way in the back Appendix A sheet 298 of 434. http://www.hec.usace.army.mil/pu ...
