I agree with each point EXCEPT get a graduate degree right after college. It might be right for you, but for many not the best thing. For me, work experience in foreign countries (Vietnam and Cuba--Navy) helped shape my thinking on what I wanted to study. And GI Bill helped pay for 2 master's. Especially ...
