Looking for an alternative for creating WDM files for use in HSPF modeling. Have been using ANNIE with a text template file to create a WDM file and empty time series DSNs with correct attributes. ANNIE does not work in Windows 7 and subsequent Windows operating systems. Will likely need to find an alternative ...
