Water availability and management became the need of the hour to all Urban centers. Water conservation and rain water harvesting are being given good focus.

As part of this WATER AUDIT & WATER NEUTRALITY AUDIT is being made by all corporates, as part of their statutory obligations, and some on the voluntary basis.

please provide information on the following:

1. WATER AUDIT standard procedure for residential / commercial / industrial establishments - as approved / practices and prevailing in the Global arena

2. WATER NEUTRALITY AUDIT standard procedure for residential / commercial / industrial establishments - as approved / practices and prevailing in the Global arena

You are correct, YV, regulatory authorities are requiring water utilities and corporate water users to measure unaccounted for water and to have a plan to reduce it in order to responsibly allocate scarce water resources.  The best resources available to inform water users on audit procedures and also loss mitigation are from the American Waterworks Association (AWWA).  Their website,  awwa.org, under Resources and Tools, contains an entire library on Water Loss Control, including free Water Audit software.  Best of luck in your water loss reduction efforts.

The "AWWA - individual country chapters " should plan to maintain a similar data with localization data specific, as per their country regulations.
