Is Ocean can be the best way to recharge ground water/water wells? is there new finding regarding to this?

Only if you use energy and equipment to desalinate it.

The salt in seawater is a big problem in coastal communities where they have been withdrawing more fresh groundwater than the aquifer can support.  I read one evaluation about the Miami condo apartment collapse, which indicated that seawater intrusion could have been a factor in degrading the strength of the concrete foundation  - in that area, seawater has infiltrated far inland, and it could easily have accelerated the corrosion of the rebar in the concrete. (which is permeable).

Hi Sarah, thank you for you responces and suggestions. salts in seawater is a big problem in coastal communities specially at the area which is permeable.is the new finding or techniques to minimize the affect of salts in seawater?

Further to Sarah's – pore water pressure caused on permeable shores by wave, tide and sea level rise (as a stress, aspects of it in Sea Level Rise – the Consequences and Adaptation) can be of interest. The rising and falling pore pressures are the causal factors – responsible for salt water intrusion into the aquifer, and dislodging/loosening of sedimentary bank materials to erosion. A method proposed by de Rouck J 1991 [De Stabilitet van Stortsteen Golfbrekers, Algemeen Glijdingsevenwicht - Een Nieuw Deklaagelement. Hydraulic Laboratory, University of Leuven, Belgium] is an excellent source in this regard.

Based on some works conducted quite a while ago – to illustrate the applicability of the method, I have attached two images as an example – one for wave and the other for tide.

No ! Might be artesian undersea wells that could get fresh water to shore . Believe such is happening in Saudi Arabia .
