    Hello everyone! 

    My name is Thomas Asrat and I'm a 3rd year student at SJSU looking to conduct some informational interviews with people in the transportation industry. I've been exploring what I would like to specialize in moving forward in my career and I've gravitated more towards transportation engineering and would love to speak via zoom with some people in the industry. Ideally, I'd like to interview 3 people.

    Thomas,
      I would be happy to speak with you.  As you can imagine, we are extremely busy but if you can propose some time slots during the week of 10-14 October, we'll find a time for a call.  Times to avoid: 10/10 before 9 am, 10/12 9:30-12:00 and 1:00-2:00 pm, and 10/13 2:30-3:30 pm (all times are PDT).

    I work for the NCDOT and can provide some insight to a lot of different aspects to transportation engineering. I can be available for an interview between 8AM-2PM EST, Monday through Friday typically. Let me know what date/time works for you and we can schedule the interview from there.
