Diniece Mendes, a certified Engineer in Training, with over 7 years of experience in transportation planning and public policy. DIniece serves as the Chair of the Infrastructure Systems Committee of the Planning and Development Council of ASCE's Transportation and Development Institute.
In her professional role, Diniece serves as the Director of Freight Mobility at the New York City Department of Transportation where she oversees a multi-million dollar program which advances policies and initiatives that reduce the adverse impacts of trucks on infrastructure and communities while improving safety, truck delivery efficiency, and New York City’s economic competitiveness.
