Registered Professional Civil Engineer (PE), Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD), LEED Green Associate, one of the first 15 recipients in CA of the Envision Sustainability Professional certification (ENV SP), and one of the first 200 recipients in the world of the Sustainability Associate certification (ISSP-SA) from the International Society of Sustainability Professionals, with over two decades of experience in all phases of Land Development including both Private and Public sectors. Ten years experience volunteering in Community Planning, making advisory recommendations to the Planning Commission and City Council on development, land use, public facilities, and transportation.
