Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Mr. Wilson is a Highway Engineer with more than five years of professional experience in a number of specialized areas. In his time as a member of the Highway Department in McCormick Taylor’s Philadelphia office, he has assisted on projects pertaining to intersection improvement, highway rehabilitation, interchange reconstruction, stormwater management, ADA ramp design and inspection, and right-of-way planning, among others. He also has experience with final design, cost estimates and preparing PS&E submissions for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
Additionally, Mr. Wilson plays an active role in professional societies, including the Engineers’ Club of Philadelphia (ECP) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Philadelphia Section. He is a member of both the Committee on Younger Members and the Communications Committee within ECP, responsible for planning social events, and distributing ECP emails and event advertisements, among other things. As a board member of the ASCE Philadelphia Section Younger Member Forum (YMF), he has served one year as the social chair, and is currently the IT Chair, responsible for maintaining the YMF website.
