I operate a small consulting engineering company in Finksburg, MD we specialize in local development projects and forensic structural engineering. I was previously the US Air Force, Facilities Engineering Team (FET) Site Manager at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan 2011-2012 and the Structural Concrete and Airfield Pavement Subject Matter Expert for the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) at the Gulf Region Central District Office (GRC) in Baghdad Iraq 2008.
