Hello all! I am currently an entry-level engineer with Strand Associates at the Joliet office. In this capacity, I serve our clients through permitting processes, water/sanitary/storm design, and green stormwater infrastructure planning. My career goals include becoming a professionally licensed water resources engineer and a fully credentialed Envision professional.
In August of 2016, I completed a year of service with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps in Tucson, Arizona, working with Community Home Repair Projects of Arizona (CHRPA). CHRPA is a non-profit agency that performs emergency home repairs for low-income families in Pima County, Arizona. As a Jesuit Volunteer, I gained professional experience working full-time, and my experience fostered my desire to serve underprivileged and marginalized populations. Thus, it is my goal to incorporate such service into my career as an engineer.
