Indeed, a leader's accomplishment excels when he or she is able to ride over the temptation of being bossy. Thanks Tirza for bringing out the issue.

A leader should be strong to articulate ideas and visions to arouse emotions in his or her favor to make a difference – in resolving the conflicts of interests and demands as an accomplisher – not as a boss. To quote President Theodore Roosevelt (1858 – 1919): People ask the difference between a leader and a boss. The leader leads, and the boss drives. A leader is at best when he or she avoids being bossy – because bossy attitude creates distance and invites indignation, envy and unwelcome responses from team members and associates . . .
