    Hello Anum,

Your resume is very clean and well-organized. I would add a bit more information in your bullet points and overall make your resume a bit more about you and your personal experience.

I have added my other comments on the attached PDF. Good luck and keep up the good work!

    Ulukbek,

Strong resume! I would change the order of things and think about what you what you want to prioritize in terms of your biggest selling points. Those things should be towards the top of your resume.

    Hey Pranav,

Strong start to your resume. The main factor is there is too much information on your resume. Your resume should be 1 page (2 if you have been working for a while and want to include reference projects). The main elements should all be on the first page.

A few things jumped out at me. Your summary is 2 paragraphs long and your current job take up almost a full page! Both need to be shortened singnifgantly. Try to focus and group different projects and skills.

Your skills and education are way down at the bottom when those are your main selling points. They should be front and center right after your name. You can keep the hobbies and personal interest at the bottom but not if it's on the third page.

Most hiring managers are looking over a resume for a few minutes and not taking the time to read several pages. (It's unfortunate.)

You have great bones here and a strong start. Need a bit of polishing and conciseness.

    Karunya,

You definitely put time and consideration into your resume. My overall suggestion would be to try trimming down your resume to focus on your main amazing qualities. Your resume's formatting makes it stand out but the organization method you used is on the verge of being so organized it's messy again (if that makes sense).

Overall great bones and with a little trimming and reorg you'll be set!

    Rumaan,

I have reviewed your resume, and overall I really like your formatting. It is easy to navigate, includes a lot of great content, and has a splash of color. I think with a few changes, your resume can stand out even more. Attached are my comments on how to improve your resume. If you have any questions on my comments, please let me know. Good job!
