  • 1.  2023 New Years Resolution

    Posted 01-12-2023 09:36 PM
I posted a resolution thread last year and am posting again.

The idea of this thread is to inspire others with reachable and realistic goals. Additionally, by wirting down our resolutions we can hold each other accountable so that next year we can reply to this thread with success!

Is your resolution to read more books, complete a degree, gain a license, or switch firms...?
Can you share what your 2022 New Year's Resolution is?

Can't wait to follow up with everyone next year!

My New Year's resolutions are to 1) find a new Taekwondo School/family in NC; and 2) find a PE for the office in VA.

My New Year's resolutions are to 1) find a full-time job, now that I have graduated again; and 2) to take every chance I get to reconnect with family.

A potential third is to reach the requirements for fulfilling a PE exam.

So how did everyone do on this past year's resolution?

Did you learn something new? Acquire a new skill?

For me, I completed my master's and got my paperwork in to take my PE!

I made progress on several of my 2023 goals - especially getting finances in order and reading/listening to more books. 2024 is about getting back into shape for me. I'm aiming to get my body fat percentage from ~22% to 15%.
