A licensed civil engineer with 20+ years of experience in project planning and design, project engineering, cost estimation, power production modeling, and project management associated with pumped storage and conventional hydropower projects. Experience ranges from supporting design engineering for FERC license applications, overseeing preliminary and detailed design, and managing design, engineering, and field construction as well as preconstruction services. Ability to work with project team members including technical executives, project sponsors, investors, client staff and board members. Experience leading the technical coordination for multi-disciplinary teams and provided oversight for subconsultants, equipment suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders. I enjoy reading books (history, government, sci-fi), biking, and Pickleball.
