As a Technical Lead and Engineer of Record, I specialize in managing the full lifecycle of complex remediation and environmental projects, from design and bidding to construction oversight. With a strong foundation in engineering management, I lead multidisciplinary teams in the preparation of design documents, technical specifications, and contract packages, ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
I oversee project planning, perform cost estimating, and push value engineering, while also driving constructability reviews and field execution strategies. I have supported and led specialty construction projects involving environmental dredging, sediment dewatering, and remedial construction.
At AECOM, I also support design-build projects as a construction manager, provide strategic input during business development meetings, and actively contribute to proposal development for consulting services.
