Mr. Kennedy is a registered Professional Engineer with 8 years of consulting experience in civil and environmental design and construction. Projects include Superfund, RCRA, and other major sites located in urban, rural, and aquatic environments. He is experienced with all project phases from proposal to construction completion. Project scopes include design-build, MGP remediation, dredging, sediment dewatering and stabilization, soil ISS, bank and shoreline hardening and restoration, excavation, backfilling, and grading activities, T&D, and water treatment. He specializes developing construction drawings, writing technical specifications, plans, and other contract documents, cost estimating, design and material quantity calculations, oversight of remedial construction and investigations, communications, management, and critical thinking. He is a sales driven engineer; skilled in capture planning and proposal buildup. He has a strong attention to detail; comfortable with tracking budget, schedule, and managing people. He operates a variety of software to conduct 3D surface modeling, cost estimating, sustainability analyses, and programming.
