Matthew was Vice President and Project Manager at Joseph A. Schudt & Associates in Frankfort, IL for 16 years.
Matt holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He is a Professional Engineer licensed in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Texas, and is a Certified Floodplain Manager.
