Ms. Johnson, I have used Tennis Court windscreen attached to a chain link fence about 8-feet high, but it was between a school and a construction site so it was as much to hide the work as it was to block the wind. Alexa, I would focus on DESIGN of water and/or wastewater projects, if this is what you want. This probably points to consulting, which is where I have spent the last 35+ years.
