     Preparing a paper on the subject River ecosystem and infrequent flood and human habitat, southern India an overview. 

    Would you please find the way, where and how to fulfill my ambition. I had published one paper on centralized rain water harvesting for small town ship.  IEI civil Engineering souvenir. 

    Please share with me what to do for the above.

    Thomas, apart from Bill's suggestion, assuming that you are looking for international titles, here are some more:

    • Springer – Aquatic Ecology

    • Taylor & Francis – Aquatic Ecosystem Health & Management

    • Wiley – Aquatic Conservation: Marine and Freshwater Ecosystem

    • Ecosciences – Knowledge and Management of Aquatic Ecosystems

    Only thing to note that – unless invited, most journals do not accept review/overview papers. Instead, they encourage authors to present the paper in conferences and publish it in the proceedings. However, these and similar other journals – by their very nature – may have a relaxed policy on that.
