Is the minimum design wind load as described in ASCE 7-16 section 27.1.5 subjected to ASD load combinations? I have a local plan reviewer who is saying the minimum ASD factored wind pressure is to be 16-psf I am arguing that the it should be 16-psf x 0.6 #ASCE7-16 #WindandWindLoads ...
