Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) with extensive experience managing transportation projects across planning, operations, and design. Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering data-driven solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and mobility.
Specialized in traffic design (signal, illumination, and signing/striping), signal retiming, intersection operations, concept design, corridor planning and traffic impact studies.
Currently serving as an ASCE Region 8 Governor, a leader of the ASCE Idaho Infrastructure Report Card team and one of its authors. Actively involved in STEM education through the Idaho Future City Steering Committee and a member of the Boise State University Civil Engineering Advisory Committee, supporting the next generation of engineers and planners.
