Randy: I believe that you need to be very careful that you do not exceed the bounds of engineering license that you have. I am not sure what WI allows with respect to overlap with engineers and surveyors, but in the 4 jurisdictions in which I am registered, engineers are not allowed to perform surveys, ...

We have been using Bluebeam for the last 5 years, and it works well. They changed the interface in 2020, which makes things a little more difficult than previously, and has me using keyboard commands for some of the common tasks like lines and text. I like it because it has a better printer connection ...

I think that unless the whole plan set is as a whole one discipline, it may be wise to continue to seal each sheet separately. It will help reduce unintended liability. Our company will continue to seal individual sheets of design and for construction drawings because it helps us better control the content ...
