Hi David, I think you could check local wind speed in Mongoloa (airport, local weather department) and topographic condition in the area where you´re designing in Mongolia. Of course, the specs in ASCE 7-16 helps you in order to get wind speed, but local conditions are important. Regards ...

Grettings, i don't know if in your country is valid the use of ASCE Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Structures for seismic and wind parameters.
