Over 40 years of engineering and construction experience in challenging projects in the US and in many international projects in Europe, Asia, and Africa. He has broad-based professional experience in a number of civil engineering projects starting from site feasibility and development to final completion, including site assessments, investigations, engineering, construction staging, design review and development, preparation of specifications, development of economical ground improvement techniques, mitigation and development of landfills and brownfields, pavement designs for highways and airports, tunnels, instrumentation, rock engineering, rock-slope stability, retaining walls, slope remediation designs and construction, controlled inspection and remediation for public sector and private sector clients. He has also served in teams for a number of value engineering projects. He has recently served in design teams in several highway projects in the US, Afghanistan, South Sudan, and Kuwait, and a high speed rail projects in Saudi Arabia and Florida, Served in the design team of the reconstruction of the prestigious Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, and the rehabilitation of the World War II Memorial in Washington DC. He is the recipient of the Berger's prestigious Technical Excellence Award in 2008, and a Diplomate,Geotechnical Engineer (D.GE) Insititute by Geo Insitute of ASCE.
