Craig H. Groce, PE, M. ASCE, is a generalist in the rail transportation industry. His engineering background together with more than 42 years of in all facets of the railroad from program management, project management, and civil engineering experience with railroad projects acquired on assignments completed give him a breadth of knowledge. He spent 31 years with Class 1 railroad as a manager and engineer. His management experience began with track inspection and maintenance for a railroad territory involving heavy tonnage main lines and increased to design and development of new rail facilities and other capital programs. He has also led Safety Management of the Railway’s Engineering Department forces. He currently maintains credentials in RWT Safety Training, American Heart Association’s BLS Program and OSHA training.
