WHO I AM:
An accomplished professional with over 25 years of diverse experience in the areas of Sustainability, Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Program Management, and Total Project Management working with Public Private Partnerships (PPP) in domestic and international platforms for public works infrastructure projects and land development.
WHAT I HAVE DONE:
• Provided leadership and direction to senior-level engineers, project managers, private consultants
• Planned, analyzed, developed and directed all aspects of complex and multifaceted public works projects
• Directed the scope of work; resource management and cost control on capital improvement projects.
• Established the goals and criteria by which public works projects are designed.
• Designed and conducted construction management for all geotechnical work on twenty four public branch libraries and four of the largest police stations for the City of Los Angeles
• Managed all phases of highly complex capital improvement projects such as the award-winning design-build of the Charnock Well Field Restoration project - restoration of MtBE groundwater contamination.

I. Hard Infrastructure Improvements:
Specialized consulting services for sustainable public infrastructure improvements nationally and internationally, particularly in the remote and challenging environments of the sub-Saharan African region by assessing existing conditions of public infrastructure capital assets and developing feasibility studies for improvement and recovery for road networks, water management, sewage collection and disposal of waste and flood control systems.
