For the past two decades I have enjoyed a progressively responsible career in State and local government in the civil engineering and environmental engineering fields, providing services and value to community residents in both California and Arizona, and employing advanced degrees in civil engineering and business administration to successfully run major operations with up to $25M operating budgets and $5M capital budgets, towards keeping programs within budget and on schedule. My strengths include strategic planning, organizational development, and performance management, and a unique ability to effectively mobilize teams and resources.
