Thanks Kristopher, Your answer was the best one. We talked with TxDOT and the city engineer, and decided to make a few changes into the city master plan. With those changes, we can use the 4ft minimum if we have 1ft from the gutter to the face of curb, decreasing the vehicle lanes to 9ft, 10ft or 11ft ...
