    As a Civil Engineer specializing in Stormwater solution and design, I am seeking recommendations for books or training courses that enhance my understanding of geotechnical reports and boring logs, particular in relation to water table analysis, seasonal ground water identification, and soils characteristic based on the information provided in the logs. Any recommendation would be appreciated.
