    Dear all,

    I hope you and your loved ones are doing well in these difficult times.

    Georgia Tech is conducting this research in collaboration with Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), in order to develop better understanding of conducting construction quality management services in the design-build environment for federal-aid highway projects. Inputs from subject matter experts are valuable for the success of our research.

    In your opinion, what aspects of construction quality management services are different for design-build projects compared to traditional design-bid-build projects? What are the new roles and responsibilities for quality management team in the design-build environment?

    Hi Baabak Ashuri.

    I wonder what is being prepared and delivered after construction is complete to support the operations of a facility.

    • Q. Are firms who deliver design-build projects developing and delivering a "Operational Risk Management Plan"
                   to those who will have to manage the project once in use?
