My current initiative is testifying before the City of Los Angeles to encourage them to "get their act together" when constructing infrastructure for the Olympics before the International Olympic Committee takes the games away and gives them to Tokyo. The International Olympic Committee has already threatened to take the games away from LA in what would be the first Summer Olympics in the US in 32 years.
I am a Senior Traffic Engineer with Vang Inc Consulting Engineers. I focus on preparing Transportation Impact Studies in locations like San Joaquin, CA, Firebaugh, CA, Fresno, CA, and Hanford, CA. I do my best to turn each traffic study around in one week. Our President & CEO Ken Vang was the Project Manager on the Regional Consulting aspect of the Merced to Sacramento Section of the California High-Speed Rail project. Under his leadership, the team became the top-performing team on the High-Speed Rail project in the metric that matters - efficient use of taxpayer funds.
