I am a data scientist supporting the NAPSG Foundation, nonprofit organization who's mission is to develop geographic information systems (GIS) and tools for the public safety community. I’m leading the development of LINK (Local Infrastructure Network Knowledge), a knowledge graph platform application that integrates heterogeneous infrastructure datasets into a unified, semantically and geospatially enriched model. LINK combines GIS data, sector frameworks, and governance information to reveal interdependencies, vulnerabilities, and risk pathways across disparate infrastructure networks.
