PMP seems to be more aimed at the software and tech industries, but can be adapted to construction. I would say to also look into a Lean Manufacturing class (from Lean/Six Sigma). It's all about how to minimize waste by: not ordering too much, decreasing bench stock, minimizing downtime for maintenance, ...
