Bio

I'm seeking a mentor to help me transition from technical staff to an emerging leader within the firm. I am currently enrolled in the Fundamentals of Professional Practice (FOPP) program, which has broadened my perspective. I am now exploring how I can best use my talents and connections to help our company grow.  I would welcome advice on building relationships internally to earn trust and recognition, on identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and on clarifying my career goals.

I have been active in various trade organizations and professional societies over the years, and am on the host committee for the Central Regions MRLC/CRYMC 2020.  I also serve as a leadership coach for the Society of Women Engineers.
