As someone who used to have to sit next to the microwave, the answer is, and always will be, fish.
A good way to forgive that would be to bring enough for everyone. My friend's company hosts a "chili-swap" during certain winter months. Everyone takes turns bringing in their own recipe and it ends up feeding everyone else who participates. (Personally I'm still pretty scared of subjecting others to my cooking though).

Subject: Food Stinks!
Now that a lot of people are back in the office, at least part-time, some may no longer have the luxury of eating homemade lunch and moreover eating whatever they want.
This led me to a curious thought:
What is the worse food that people eat in the office?
Do you have any other "food at work" experience you can share?
