    Hello,  I hope you are all in good health.
    I suggest a meeting that includes only young engineers from around the world to discuss the problems and difficulties that the civil engineer faces in the beginning of his working life or the difficulty of getting a good job.
    I suggest exchanging experiences and advice on work and tools of success.


    Can ASCE host it?

    ASCE is hosting virtual roundtables every Thursday @ 3. This week's topic is productivity and sanity while working from home. You can register for the event here. ​​

    We also do quarterly phone calls for mentors and mentees in ASCE Mentor Match to connect with one another and share mentoring best practices.

    Is this what you had in mind? I'm happy to speak with you directly about your ideas.

    Hi Raid  I think we need to have a proper conversation in this topic its really important to discuss this issue with your peers and to know how they are coping with this difficult stage but I think also we need to include senior engineers to learn from their experience and how they dealt with this stage
