I think Pride month represents how much progress there is to be made regarding the LGBT community.
I have heard that only roughly 4% of the population fits into one of the initials for the entire community, rendering the fact there are so many initials to begin with part of the need to realize and accept all these forms of orientation. Here is a playlist regarding many of these sub-communities in cinema, along with their histories and how fulfilling they have been at proper representation.

Subject: Pride Month and Self-education Resources
Hi folks!
Pride Month is celebrated every June. For me, Pride is about self-education and learning what I can do to better help the voices of the LGBTQIA+ community to be heard.
For folks looking to self-educate and become a better ally for the LGBTQIA+ community, here are a few resources that I recommend:
ASCE specific:
Not-ASCE specific:
As folks are all on their own learning journey, I hope these resources help you to increase your education and give you some actions on how to build a more gender-inclusive community.
What additional resources would you like to share or what does Pride month mean to you if you would like to share?
