As explained and explored in the ASCE Report Card, there are a variety of low grades this country continues to receive regarding its infrastructural content.

It will take time and lots of money to bring the grades up and yet, the situation does not sound as dire to me as it could since I have moved on from perpetually high ranking grades in elementary, middle and high school.
How concerned are you about what it will take to gain high ranking grades in all of these subjects? And how effective is the allegory of being a young kid seeing your grades alongside parents again?
